Ready for turbo kit....STS or Livernois?

I just found this forum last week, and have found tons of useful information. I would first like to explain my last years history with superchargers.
I am currently driving a 2002 escalade XS500 which has a dyno-proven brand supercharger (similar to vortech), custom headers, tuning, and exhaust. The kit also comes with a modified suspension, and a brembo front brake kit (all of this dealer installed). I bought this truck used at a great deal, and was satisfied with the performance...until about two months ago. I bought a second escalade, but it came with a whipple supercharger, and I'm guessing 4.10 gears. Perfomance was night and day, and especially the power curve. The whipple supercharger shot off the line like a bat outta hell. Overall, this escalade smoked the XS500. Now the XS500 had a lot of top end power, but the bottom end was not much better than stock. Even though I liked the whipple escalade, the condition of the body and interior was too worn for my tastes, so I sold it. I still have the XS500, but I may sell it also to a friend that really likes it to get a 2003 model (upraded just slightly over the 2002). Since I have had experience with superchargers, and am ready for more. I feel the turbo kits are the only way to go.
I have my mind set on getting either a Livernoise or STS turbo kit. I am leaning toward the T67 since it should give me more power on the 6.0L, with just slightly more lag. I would like to also get an upgraded transmission with brake, and upgrade the fuel system. I know there is a point where the best value for the buck kicks in, then the price skyrockets. I have a budget between $5k and $10k on a totally stock 2003. Which parts would you recommend? I don't mind spending time and money on this project, but I just want to make sure I get what's right the first time.
I am hoping to get between 500-700rwhp.
Let me know if I'm being realistic.
Thanks!

Just to add more info, but the Livernoise escalade on their website is what really opened my eyes to the turbo kit option. This will be a daily driver, so streetability is important. I planned to also get an alcohol injection kit to help with the extra boost. From what I see, 10-15lbs will be the most I would ever need. I owned and loved a MKIV supra turbo some years back, so I"m looking forward to this project.

Stall converter-trans overhaul with blow proof sun shell and internal mods, posi rear,
cat back and headers, bigger injectors, cam and valvetrain work, air intake and custom ecm programming- just a few of the items you'll have to do to get to and keep 500 +hp.
I think i mave have broke the budget!!!

forged rods and pistons, good rings, set of resonable heads with good springs and stainless valves, head studs, good push rods, cam, 60lb inj., fuel pump, hotwire kit, upgrade trans, stall, turbo kit with at least the 67, intercooler, and a GOOD tune.
With the STS, wrap the exhaust.

I do like low end power, but I like the most overall power even better. The whipple escalade was great off the line, but seemed to drop off power at the higher rpms. I raced a modified turbo diesel, and I had him three car lengths at 60mph, but by 100, he was right on my can. I feel that in the 1/4 mile scheme of things, the turbo is the way to go. The turbo will require a lot more tuning, but that's the only way I feel I can get in the 12's. If the Radix can get me in the 12's even cheaper, then maybe I'd reconsider....maybe.
