Default Radix pulley bolt torque and locktite?

It appears to have red locktite from Magnuson, but what do I torque the pulley bolt to?

Already did it, just went as tight as I could until the strap wrench would slip. Figured if I could hit it with a torque wrench, I would feel better.

BTW How did you pull the factory one off? I had to use a 3 jaw puller. It's the only thing I could think of. Is that the right tool?

Also the used pulley I bought had circular scratches on the back around the hole, like it was rubbing the housing. Ever heard of this?

If you don't do this chances are you will spin the balancer.

Correct torque sequence as far as I know it.

Get balancer back on.
With OLD bolt torque to 240 lb/ft - This assures balancer is fully seated.
Remove old bolt - Install new bolt and torque to 37 lb/ft
Then torque 140 more degrees of rotation

I had the spec at one time right on my tool box. I believe it's 45ftlbs. I torque every one I do to spec.

It's all good KY, that's good info as well for people with the Radix. Thanks Zippy, 45# torque for the blower pulley, I'll write that down.
