Default radix intake gasket whoopsie

When grinding the tabs off a new set of intake manifold gaskets i knicked part of the gasket. here are some pics... can i put a bit of some sort of rtv on this.. or should i just leave it alone... or get another new set

These pics are all the same spot.. different angle pics

Hmmmm.....personally I'd probably try to run it, looks like it would seal up once you got the manifold tightened down and squished the gasket in there.

+2 I run it. If it makes you feel better, you could put a SMALL dab of silicone on it.

I would not use it. If you have any issues, tearing the blower off and replacing the gaskets will be more of a pain in the *** than the gaskets are worth. Just my .02

and i was all set because it was unanimous until you lol.... $100 bucks now , or lots more time and $100 bucks later

check on the felpro part...save you about 45 bucks

I have used gaskets where the rubber was so flat it didn't stick up past the plastic w/out leaks. I wouldn't recommend this but it is a true story.

I forgot how expensive those are.
