I bought a mechanical boost gauge( a cheap one) and it says splics into a vaccum line on the intake, where are you tapping into?

Just find a small vaccuum line tee and splice into the line going to the bypass vaccuum line.Simple easy and effective.

The only reason I would not reccomend that is if that tee fails, that actuator will not work.

There is a 1/8 nipple in the back of the intake manifold that will work best for you.

Okay I think I found the nipple, can I also use the plug instead of the nipple? Also those of you that have electric fans where are you mounting your intercooler tank? Mine was on the shroud but I am in the process of putting dual 16" fans on found out they both won't fit on one side so I have 1 pushed and 1 puller that cover pretty much the entire radiator.

Read through the manual on the installation of a Radix system for trucks factory equipped with e-fans and you get an idea of how/where to mount the tank. Maybe even call Magnuson and get the mounting bracket...

I put a T in the line that runs from the fuel pressure regulator to the back of the Radix. Is that acceptable?
