Default Radix 6.0 Exhaust

My muffler has rusted out. I recently installed the Radix and love it for pulling my trailer. But if I am having to replace my exhaust, maybe I will get something that will enhance the Radix... I am looking for low to mid torque in the 2 to 4,000 rpm range.

It has a dual 2.5 in/out exhaust with a 3.5 tail pipe. I am not going to put on LT headers, but maybe shorties.. maybe nothing. Maybe hiflow cats???

I am thinking about dual 3 in/single 4 out muffler. But also I don't want loud... low to mid and no to little resonance in the cab. I want the scavenging to work best for towing 2-4,000 rpm range!!!

What do you think??

2.5 duals with stock cats are fine for what you are doing with youre truck. You might as well get L/t's if you get headers shorties are junk.

You would love a Corsa. High flow that's bad *** outside and tame inside. A straight through flow design.

I really love mine.

I have the Touring. It and the Radix whine go together really well. I get all kinds of complements on how it sounds.

The Touring is just a tad softer than the sport. It has a packing that is good for 350k miles. It's the same stuff used in the Corvettes and Cadillac performance cars but tuned a bit louder than factory cars.
You know they are not going to put those babies on the show room floor with in cab drone.
I enjoty my XM sounds with ease.

They have gotten competitively priced lately. Shop around for sure.

I replaced my Corsa sport with the touring muffler and it's all good with the family when we are together.....but I sure miss the sound of my sport muffler and Radix combination. The sound is "INCREDIBLE" but a little to loud with the family. I'm going to sell my sport muffler that is made for a 5.3L.

Get the corsa touring especially if you ever decide to get LT headers.
