Default What would need to be changed??

I am thinking about going with a radix on my truck. I know the usual stuff like udp and what not has to be changed but would I be ok with my head package? I know it would work better with a different cam also. And what would I expect as far as gains go?

Heads and cam look good, you can always swap cams later. UDP has to go, as you mentioned. Your heads/exhaust will work very well with the SC, your measured Boost will be lower but you'll make better power due to the much improved exhausting.

DOIT!!

depends on your tuning capabilities. I ran 11lbs with the 112 on my 5.3L with methanol injection. General opinion is 10lbs is about max safe with meth and spot-on tune. Startt slow and build up. With your heads and exhaust you will need a very small pulley, remember, Boost pressure is measured in the manifold after the valve event, it is a measure of wasted energy.

I don't plan on running any meth at all. Not trying to push it just wanna make good power. What you think it will make overall on 7 lbs?

Plan on doin inline walbro but injectors should be alright seeing that I'm barely at 60% duty cycle right now and I'm not changing my stall again. Lol
