Been kickin around the idea of a Procharger here lately and debating on what I will need. I have all the f-body front accessories so the truck bracket is out of the question. Since the f-body kit mounts on the bottom I dont even want to risk buying and having clearance issues. So that leaves me with the GTO, are all the accessories the same on the gto as the f-body.

 

what be a bigger pain?

to go back to truck acc. and grab a used kit out of the classifieds or do all the work to get a car kit to work

 

2nd that. It would suck to buy the GTO brackets and find out you have a clearance problem.

The good part is used truck kits are relatively inexpensive and they should work fine with your Victor JR. It should be easy to unload the F-body accessories.

with all you have done, would probably easier to just buy the blower you want and fab up the bracket to fit your setup. just the way it goes when your custom. look around and you might be able to find someone's left over project pieces that will work for you. good luck whichever way you go

Im still in the thinkin process of this. Id prolly just get the p1sc since I dont need to run much boost with 11.4:1 compression, Ill be running meth on this also. What do you got Blown06? John you still have you 112lsa cam in your motor?

I also forgot to tell you.....if your thinking about going back to the truck accessories, I've got a brand new alt. p/s bracket that I'll throw in for free. I've got a used water pump......also free. All you would need to get is a p/s pump. Of course all of these items are free with the purchase of a blower kit.

 

Yes sir I sure do.. I have been wanting to get back to the track with good slicks, but havn't had the time.. Also needs a few tweaks in AFR in the tune..
