Default Pouring the meth to it Saturday

So Im heading up to EPS again on saturday for Geoff to start spraying the meth to the truck. I would like to see 700 at the tires this time, but as long as it all goes well, I'll be happy with whatever it makes. Im curious what some of you think it should do? Set up is 366ci, LS3 crank, Callie's rods, Diamond pistons, ported 243s, Edelbrock Pro Flo XT intake, EPS spec'd cam (226/222), and 76mm T4 Q trim turbo. Last month it put down 603/554 on 11psi and no meth.

Should make more torque with the meth Bc of the cooler iats but I don't thing you'll have much more hp above 5000 rpm with the small turbine. It will probably make more but it's going to be choking up top. Cubby, I think with a 75mm turbine or bigger and full 4'' you'll make nearly 100 hp more at the same boost with no meth. Plus a better compressor. That 2'' outlet is restrictive.

I agree with the bigger turbine for sure. But, the prob with the NNBS turbo kits is that the crossover is touching the DP, and the DP is about 5mm away from the frame rail. Theres no room to go to a T6 housing and 4" DP, not unless I really get in there and fab up an entirely new kit. I have a lot of power left on the table if I get to the point of making a new kit. Funds are always going to be the issue. lol

Lol I hear that. Well you can definitely run a big t4 and it would work just fine. The bigger dp might could be made, you may be able to modify the crossover for more clearance. You would just need to look at it to see what you can do

Jake, you got any pics? Mine is REALLY tight fitting where the DP makes the turn to go under the firewall.

Is it tight like in circumference or just hard to make the bend? Bc you can pie cut it and make it a much sharper bend and not hurt flow too bad

Its tight because of the bend top to bottom, and the lack of room side to side from the frame rail and crossover.

Stephen and I were talking about elongating the piping possibly. If I remade the crossover, I bet I could make a different bend and "maybe" fit a 4" DP, but Im sure it would fit 3.5" that way. I'll have to look at it saturday once we get it on the lift.

No doubt. I know guys are doing 4'' with the log kits so I bet you can. I'll tell you going from 64mm turbine and 3'' exhaust to my 77.5 mom turbine and 4'' really woke it uo
