Ok I installed the pcv valve switch and hob switch that came with the sts kit. But I also noticed that there is another pcv line that runs from the top of the intake manifold to the back side of the right valve cover. Is there something I have to that to keep it from pressurizing my crank case when I comes up on boost?

The PCV to the driver's side is the left side of the engine not the right. Your point of reference is from sitting in the driver's seat. Driver's side is left passenger side is right.
Your truck should have the fixed orifice PCV Valve in the driver's side valve cover found on the '03 and newer trucks. So, yes you should have a one way fitting in the PCV line to prevent boost from getting into the crankcase when you are under boost. I went to the local NAPA store and got a one way brass fitting that I but in line. It allows flow into the intake manifold but not into the valve cover. If you bought your kit new it should have come with a fitting for the PCV line AFAIK. I think STS has one but I bet they want more for it than you will pay at local auto store.

I have hydro boost as well so I am not sure about the brake booster or what you can get if you do need something. Maybe try it out and if you find a problem with your brakes then look for a solution. With the number of turbos on here some one must know?
