Appreciate all of the responses from you guys.

As far as the fuel pump goes, I have 255 in tank pump that is less than a year old as well as a FP gauge. Under boost pressure drops from 62-63psi to 58psi (normal).

Got your PM SRT10KLLR, appreciate it. I will get back with you within a fews weeks. Gotta get X-Mas out of the way.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and pull the 2.8 off and throw the 3.1 back on (5psi) and see what the IDC is with less boost. I'll try and do that tonight and post up what I see later tonight or tomorrow. It's supposed to be cold as hell again tonight, so conditions should be nearly identical as the log above.

Again I really appreciate the info guys.

Even if you do have a clogged fuel filter(super rare) or bad pump, I still say that 6.0L and 2.8" pulley needs bigger than 42# injectors. Comparing a 5.3 to 6.0 on IDC is not fair, even with cam values. Hell the 5.3 can produce ~11#'s of boost with the 2.8" but the 6.0 can only produce ~8#'s. Just an example of the volume difference.

SRT what's the flow on those plug and play 60's at 60#'s? Just like the mototrons? You should link that thread discussion in your sig. LOL
Mine are 63.4 lb/hr at 3 bar(43.5 PSI) or 73.2 lb/hr at 4 bar(58 PSI) but vary a little. They are flow matched and come with a flow sheet.
