Default Out of injector?

Looking at the pic, do you guys think the injectors are maxed. I have the 42llb'ers that came with the maggie. LS6 cam, longtubes, 2.8 pulley (7.5lbs). What do you guys think? The spike in speed is the tires started spinning when it shifted into 3rd.

The 43lb injectors are good to ~500rwhp

What injector settings/tuning are you using? Just looking at your IDC i would say you either need bigger injectors or a lot of meth

My scans looked like that too with 42's. Was told told that the 42's with 7 psi is perfect. Well, my truck must be the odd one. Wipped in some 60's and all has been well.

here is my IFR table from HPT. i've been thinking at a MAF based snow kit. would it be worth it to go the meth route? what are the typical gains with it?

For some reason I can't open the pic right now...stupid cable internet keeps hiccuping.

6.0L + MP112 + 2.8" pulley + 42lbers = maxed IMO

60lb'ers may not be necessary but a larger injector is with your setup. The rule of thumb is 80% IDC. Anything over and you lose "room for error". Can you run 100%? Sure, all day long. But should you? No, unless you are in the market for a new motor.

***edit*** just saw pic. You tuning yourself? 127% is crazy. Notice your narrowbands going down as you stay WOT. Not good. Get that motor some fuel before it pops.

what's in between mine and the 60's? what would you suggest. if I do go bigger, will the walbro 255 be enough?

i do tune on it myself (HPT), but had it dyno tuned when I first dropped the 6.0 and charger in with the 3.1 pulley on it and an ORY to a single 3" all the way out. It was tuned to 12.0:1 flat across the board with 16*, making 430rwhp/542rwtq. IDC was 95%+ then. now I've got the 2.8 pulley and mandrel 3" duals with an H-pipe. The exhaust really freakin woke it up, then the smaller pulley...

127% idc.

You need a set of my 60lb Plug n' Play injectors.

First, let me say my debatable statement. 12.0 is not safe. Contrary to common belief, it is not good for the long run. 11.7 is perfect IMO. I say debatable because tons are going to say their setup runs with 12:1 and they know someone else who has 12:1 and blah blah blah...11.7:1 is where you want to be IMO with anything over 7#'s of boost.

57#'ers I hear are very tunable injectors. They should put you somewhere in the high 70% range. High 70's. 60#'ers are fine, I have them. They are just a little tricky to tune at low rpm's. I mean...I shouldn't tell ya to go smaller than 60's. 60's are cool injectors, they give tons of room for further advancement. They can just be hard headed on novice tuners at idle and low rpms. PM SRT10KLLR about the plug and play 60#'ers.

6.0L and 2.8 pulley on a maggie....hmmm...my typical boost was mid 8#'s. I could snag a few 9#'ers on really cold days. What cam do you have?
