Interesting. They flow what at 58psi/4 bar? The motorons flow 72.3 @ 58 rail psi.

My flow sheet came in and shows an actual 63.4 lb/hr average flow at 3 bar (43.5 PSI). Using a simple formula I get a flow of 73.2 lbs/hr at 4 bar (58 PSI).

Here is the formula I used to convert to a different fuel pressure:

√(a/b)*c = d (where a = new fuel pressure, b = old fuel pressure, c = the old fuel rating and d = the new flow rating)

√ = square root
/ = divide
* = multiply

So, you take the new fuel pressure (a) you want and divide by the old fuel pressure (b), then you take the square root of that and multiply it by the old rating (c) to get your new rating (d).

Ex:

√(58/43.5)*63.4 = 73.2

The dead times (latency) on the custom set and the OEM 8.1 Marine injectors are almost identical so I should be able to just change the IFR.

I put the bigger injectors in and just changed the IFR (B4001) and was able to drive (about 45 min) to the dyno without any problems.
