Ordered my Garrett GT4094R Dual ball bearing turbo today /w the 1.19 A/R housing, so excited but being that the titans get no love from anyone i will have to custom fab ALL the piping, i guess it should be quite a adventure.. lol can i get some pics of how you guys did your remote mount setups on a truck?? I will have the T-4 divided flange on this turbo and people are telling me i need a 60mm Tial wastegate since i will only be running 5-7lbs of boost to start with till i get the motor built next year..
Also what type of oil return pumps are you guys using i heard this is a very very important piece of the puzzle and i dont care how much it costs i dont want it failing and frying my $1,800 turbo

I don't know much about that turbo, but i would definitely go with that wastegate if you're running that low of boost. The oil pump is one of the most important factors on a rear mount setup like you're building. You don't want that little thing giving up and frying that turbo. Hopefully someone can chime in with more info on the pump and other stuff. You should definitely make a thread on your build, to my knowledge, it will be the only Titan build I've ever seen. Good luck man.

Well It finally arrived today!! I decided to pullthe trigger on this after help from you guys and others on other sites and decided this is 1 of possibly 3 turbos that would work very well with a 5.6l truck and this being the medium I figure this would suit my needs of being able to support 800-850 crank hp would definatly give my IPT built tranny a workout once the motor is built for boost next year.. and this turbo will still be streetable for now since it is the GT4094R it is the guts of the larger GT42 series turbo crammed into a GT40 housing which imo is the best of both worlds as far as top end hp and streetability are concerned..
Onto the specs..

Might sound corny but now I know the feeling of what a woman feels like the first time they hold thier baby for the first time.. I was grinning from ear to ear

Some pics of the oil/water passages

Nother view of the water/oil passages and Look at that T-4 Exhaust housing, No chinsy turbo here, LOL

Good look at the size of the 1.19 A/R exhaust housing.. this sucker is going to scream big time above 3,800 rpm's

Just a picture of the ID plate proving it's a Authentic Garrett/Honeywell Product
