new dyno numbers..and im loosing my belt.

Default new dyno numbers..and im loosing my belt.

the truck is now making 580rwhp 592tq. with a 10.1 afr pig rich. the meth is coming on to fast going to retune in 2 weeks.

the meth is coming on a 3psi. and is at 10.1 with pulling a lot of fuel out. you alky control guys what is you meth coming on at?

and i know this is come up on other threads but what can i do about the belt comeing of with a 2.8 pulley. my truck is being towed home now. i broke the stock tensioner. i have a 8 rib crank pulley. do i have to change to a 8 rib set up? is there a better tensioner?

Mine comes on at 3lbs. also. Sucks about the tensioner.

with that big balancer you are asking that 6 rib and small tensioner to do allot. Go big or go home, 8 rib is in your future!

Congrats on the numbers, pretty stout with that 112HH! Its the little blower that could!

i think blownchevy is right..i guess im going to call ati on monday to get the set up. as anyone use there setup?

im seeing 10 psi thank god!!!!


trever1t: is you truck as rich as mine 10.1? i might have to go to a smaller jet for the meth.

do i just go and get a new tensioner and put a 8rib setup on it? is there a better tensioner than the gates?

mine comes on at 2 psi, and ramp up **** is turned all the way up, gain at about 70%. Nice numbers....

I use a full 8 groove pulley setup and the stock Magnuson Tensioner on mine at 17 psi of boost. The big thing with pushing the 6 groove setup to the limits is the belt stretches so much the tensioner hits the stop and the belt gets pulled off. When the belt gets pulled off it will either take the tensioner or a pulley with it most times.
