I was going to ask, what kind of injectors?? you'll need more than a pump upgrade to handle that kind of power I'd think honestly... fuel lines, rails, and serious injectors.

I'm using a MagnaFuel pump. They have tuner versions good for continuous duty and up to 2000hp.

FUELAB also makes some high capacity pumps. They accept a 0-5V input to vary the duty cycle, so it can be boost or TPS referenced.

I think you'll be doing some mods to your fuel system other than a pump swap to support 900hp.

Fuel system is still in pieces and not yet tested, but this sketch sums it up. Under cruising conditions the rails will be fed by the factory pump and be returnless. Under boost the big pump will kick in. FPR at the rails is set higher than the primary FPR that dumps into the surge tank. You could run it as a dual pressure system to get by with smaller injectors. The primary FPR maintains the full functionality of the SUV style OEM fuel module in the tank and allows for returnless operation under low-moderate demand conditions. The intank FPR is removed and blocked off.

DrX, including every miniscule part, could you tell us how much money you have invested in your fuel system?
I think that would be very informative to people that think that they can "not cut up the truck so bad" and be able to support 900 HP just by adding a pump to their stock fuel system.
Your answer should be made a sticky to the question "What else do I need before I install my forced induction, I plan on making more than 650 HP?".

The a1000 route is the simplest, reliable way to do it, not to mention cost effective. At under $600 for the whole deal in parts. The 60's will carry you to about 850rwhp with 55-60psi base pressure.
