I gave up on tracking costs, but this is a serious setup and is not cheap. I would say something this complex and beefy is in the $3000 neighborhood. All those small bits add up quick! But it should behave just like a factory setup. No worries about how much fuel is left in my tank. No fuel cell in the back of the AV which is contiguous with the passenger compartment. Only the factory pump running under most conditions. The surge tank is another Trick piece I had Rick fab for me. It will mount in the spare tire area.

The MagnaFuel and other pumps mentioned here are primarily external pumps, but I believe I have seen the A1000 mounted intank. The A1000 is only good for 700fwhp on an FI setup and requires a separate controller to prevent overheating if run continuously.

Bosch 044s can be mounted intank. A pair of them might work for you. Your tank will no longer be stock though and you will have to take it easy if the tank gets below 1/3 to 1/4 full.

From what I recall, Mototron 60s are good to around 800FWHP(FI, 60psi base pressure) if you want to keep them down to a maximum duty cycle where they remain reliable. Siemens now offers 80lb injectors in the same style and they are also High-Z, no peak and hold driver box required.

edit: $3000 doesn't include the 95lb low-Z injectors and peak and hold drivers for them. Tack on another $700 - $800.

If its only going to be at that power level for a few runs on the dyno couldn't you get by with twin intank 255's and a couple of meth nozzles? I just did twin intanks on my truck and it dropped my IDC's by 35% to around 60% with only one of my meth injectors hooked up.

You can get a walbro 255 inline or intank which ever you prefer. A1000 is a inline pump and supports 800hp FI. modify the fuel bucket and you can have two walbro's 255 intake pumps. One walbro pump supports up to 500hp FI.

Ive heard good and bad on the A1000 pump... I would go with the big bosch or dual walbros intank.. Your stock fuel system should(line size) support 900 hp..

I used this sticky on Ls1tech to base mine off of. If you read all the way through it you will have a good enough of an idea on how to install it in your truck. There is quite a bit of cutting involved to clearance for both pumps but you don't really have a choice. I had to cut the whole bottom out and clearance a lot inside of the bucket to make it work but so far it's working good.

i just Y'd in a walbro with my stock pump. i put the walbro in the spot of the intank filter. then made it return style instead of the returnless style. fuel pressure is solid with boost where it use to drop to 45ish with boost.
