Further Studies with the Truck
Hello again:
Now past the holidays, I am taking the truck in to have the engine re-dynoed WITH the Boost being monitored through the pulls.
I have a couple of additional Dyno Sheets from the last run. These will be used as a base along with the first pull on Monday.
We will be having the boost monitored across the range to finish at 5500.
I am going to try and get the Torque convertor programed to be locked up as soon as possible and run the truck through all the gears starting as low in the RPM range as possible. I think it would be interesting just to see what the Data looks like.
Anyway, a 3.0 pulley will be place on it and a larger lower pulley if the SC isn't maxed out as low as possible in the RPM range.
I was informed that the D series SC's will max out at 8-9 psi, therefore I'm going to see if it can be made to hold a roughly flat line as early as possible to max out at 5500 or as close as possible.
I will get the gauges mounted in the truck as soon as I can.
Thanks,
Ty O'Neal

Hi Guys:
I had to re-build the computer last year and have a Video with boost gauge data, but it is on my backup drive. I will find it and get it transferred asap.
I'm really sorry about the delay.
Regards,
Ty O'Neal
