Ok I read thru all 34 f*cking pages of this mess.
And first I must say you have patience that I will never have.
Some tid bits of advice from me

I spent 2 years recently working on vipers and srt 10 trucks.
Now on those particular kits. Which the owner designed himself.
They worked, made power, and were consistent.
Since I havent seen a picture of your kit.
Is it a blow thru stock intake setup?
Are you intercooling the out put of the blower?
The bypass is exactly that. It bypasses compressing air. So when you are cruising etc it should be open. Only problem with that is it recirculates the air thru the blower and heats it up. So if you can, you want to cool that air as well. Water meth helps as well anything to help cool the intake and air charge.

Yes change the cam
Yes at least 9 - 1 compression

And on another note what is with this 8 rib belt conversion is some one trying to fix a blower belt slipping or ???

If you have any questions shoot me a line.

What's with the tubing over the pass side fuel rail? Is that the bypass? Just always been curious.

yup, you might not be able to see it but the bypass valve is the black plastic thing on the left back side of that tube.

Bypass valve update: KB just called cause I sent it back. I explained what it was doing and the guy knew exactly what I meant and said "yeah, that's the problem with these valves. They are meant for drag racing"

grrrrrrrrrrrr, then why did you sell it to me???????????????
