i know its been talk about before but its been awhile so you guys that went to multiple nozzles and/or one infront of the turbo, how has it been doing? i was looking at mine the other day and realized i'm running a m15 nozzle where i thought i had a m10. so i'm thinking of doing a 10 and a 5 or three 5s if it will cool better. i'm in florida now so i need much more cooling than before.

so no body has any info or pics. i know a few people were going to try some new setups for meth. i just wanted to see how they were going. if you ran a small nozzle in front of the turbo, did it hurt the turbo any? stuff like that. did multiple nozzles cool better?

I don't recommend running methanol pre turbo. I know some of the other meth company's recommend it but i been playing around with it quite bit longer they most. Putting a nozzle on the outlet of the intercooler is the best place if you are running sd. If still running a maf put it 2-3" right after the maf. If you put the meth injection before the intercooler than its possable for it to make your temps higher
i have seen this happen. Let the intercooler do most of the work and try to bring it close to amb temps as possible and then use the meth to get it 10-20degs lower than that.
Nozzles are not really ratted for hp but by the size of the orfice and what they flow at a given pressure and a 1/2" feed line. Most systems run a 1/8" id line so they do flow little off from the ratting. But ratting them by hp is kinda little off because say for example a gen 2 3.8 litter thats making 400hp usually runs 14gph of nozzle size but a gen 3 3.8litter general will only run a 5gph.

I'm thinking of running a M6/7, or so, pre-compressor; and maybe a M10 at the throttle body. I'm using 100% meth. I've read good things of running pre-compressor/turbo, but if you are running 50/50 I would use a M5 max size.

From everything I read, yes it pulls the heat out during rapid expansion..to a point that usually 1psi is picked up. Allot of people are concerned about pooling in the IC, I am sure it would be a problem if you are spraying a large amount PC, but your not. Running 100% I would suspect complete vaporization during the rapid expansion process.
