Yank
I sent Yank an email asking what they would recommend for my set up with the Radix. They claim that the owner of the company (magnuson) uses the SC3000. I asked again to clarify and that is the one they claim. I even stated that Radix makes tones of power down low and they still stated the SC3000.
They are on sale right now too, only until the end of the month..
Comments? Anyone running the SC3000 ????
Thanks,
Danv

I can see 3000 on a trailblazer ss awd set up but on 2wd i think it would overshoot it. I have a phoenix 2800 stall and its perfect. 400 bucks and lots of trailblazer ss guys are running them. I ran a 11.9@112 with mine and street race on the weekends no probs.

I fired an email back at the rep from Yank with a link to this thread. His reply is that the SC3000 is the only way they set that one up and that with my set up it will only flash to 2600-2800....

when i bought my tt2600 two years ago thats exactly what they told me too, "everyone" with a maggie is using it. i honestly don't think they even have any real world experience with our trucks and are just going with the flow. IMO.

YAH 2600-2800 is fine if they say that.
I run super short tires 275 40 17 its like running a 5.00 rear end gear and perfect for the track. i ran a 12.8@108 with a 2.1 60 foot on 275 45 20s and then put the drag rads on and ran a 11.9@112. I see people runnin 28 inch tall slicks on these trucks and going thru the traps way out of power band. If you go to the track you will see on a 28 inch tall tire your either barly into 3rd or midway in 3rd not really in power band. with the 275 40 17 tire truck is much faster off the line and going thru the traps im dead on.

Yes, I actually remembered that he had the SC2800 and I PM'd Bill. The SC2800 flashes to around 2500 in his truck, so it would seem that what the Yank Rep is saying should be true that in my truck it would likely flash to 2600-2800. That should be perfect. Did I mention that they are on sale right now too? About $100 off right now, well until the end of the month anyway..
Thanks all for your comments and experience, should save me much headache later..
