Default MAGGIE guys what stalls are you using??

just seeing stalls you guys are using. tbss with 4.10 gears thinking about yank sc2800 or down to 2600??

so what are you guys using and what gears do you have in your trucks??

I run a 3000 stall Vigilante with a 3disc lockup clutch with my current 4L80E.I ran a Yank tt3000 when I was running a 4L60E.

2600-2800 is what most are using , going any higher is just throwing all that down low torque away. Yank makes a mechanicle lock up 2600 for the Magna Charger

I run a Vigilante 2600 rpm 3 disk as suggested by FLT.

yah im going with the sc series by yank. what gears are you guys running?? i have 4.10s so i think 2600 might be the way 2800 at most.

You're leaving out the fact that you have 30" tires, which is very important info. Having 4.10's with 30" tires is like having 4.56's with 32" tires.

I don't think you'll want to go more than 2600, otherwise you'll be throwing the best part of the roots away like Dummy says. Then you may as well have gotten a centrifugal or a turbo.

ill be runnign 275 40 17 drag rads which is like 5.00 gear ratio

so with 4.10 gears the 2600 is ok? or would you go 2800
