Theoretically, this should work on any truck that came from the factory with the 78mm electronic TB. Apparently all 03-06 and 07 Classic trucks use the same part #.

im curious as to see if it will work with the ssr/tbss style 90mm. i know someone did a swap from the tbss/ssr tb to the vette style and it worked so maybe this will work. only time will tell.

I don't think that the LS2 90mm was opening fully on the SSRs either.

I'm pretty sure that the SSR TB has been reported to work OK with the 02 TAC module setup. Which means there is higher resistance in the TP sensors than the LS2 90mm. So I'm guessing that, if it works at all, the PCM will never see 100% TP even at WOT (the TP data will be lower than actual physical TP). This will likely trigger REP mode or at least throw off a lot of things(e.g. shift points, PE, etc.). Some modification of the circuit would be required.

Many of these TBs come from a plant my wife works at. She's a senior product line tech over a few TB lines and she looked at my TB and said that it came from her plant. Her company is suppose to produce the new BLOWN corvette TB and it will pass through her plant. I think it's going to be 120 mm. Womder what that would add on a blown ss lol
