keep in mind that isn’t a catch all explanation, that’s specific to the specs at hand. High back pressure and a EVC point after TDC is going to cause the turbo to lay over more so then If the EVC was before TDC.
It seems to apply in my situation. Since my blower is maxed out at 10ish psi and the engine is capable of handling more, thoughts of turbocharging have crossed my mind. Just fantasizing, though.
