Looking for ideas for 6.0 Turbo low end.

a 6.0 will definately spool faster than a 5.3

That .96 exhaust housing seems big for a stock 5.3L STS turbo. I can't remmeber exactly though since I started off with the GT35 then went to a GT67 with a .96 A/R.
You might want to check with STS and ensure you dont have too large of an A/R on yours but it seems about right for a 6.0L.
As for the tune.. Mail oder can only do so much. I've seen som pretty crappy ones. There was a local guy who was only putting out like 280ish rwhp on a Nelson tune. He then had it tuned by a local guy on a dyno and walked out with 370ish rwhp. Mail order tunes are hit and miss IMO.
