Large intercooler for Maggie's. Is there room??

Everything is looking very Good. I like that spacer! Lol!. It is good that more out of the box thinking has taken place. Others will soon be able to enjoy the success from this. However, making a larger intercooler for the 2300 and then putting spacer in place will still put it on the floor of the lower manifold. I truly believe most of my spacer's gains are from the result of increased plenum volume.IMHO of coarse!
Anyone who gets in on this should see great results!
Here are a few important ones I have found with mine.
1. Increased plenum = Increased velocity.
2. Reduction of heat transfer/Heatsoak.
3. Allowing the fitment of Larger Injector's.
4. Consistant higher boost levels with less IAT's
Nice job!
Pm me I would like to share some info if possible!

I don't have the cash for that upgrade right now, have to look into a tranny and tc first. I already have everything to swap to a 90mm tv, since I have to remove the blower do you think its worth putting the gasket to help with the iat.

update:
Nitrous + methanol is not going to be possible. The intercooler is too larger to install them both. With nitrous you will have one set of fittings in the front and one set in the rear. The tubes need to be stacked, found this out the hard way.
after making a set of nitrous and it not fitting. lol Well this intake has methanol bars in it now. For nitrous we can make a set of extention tubes so changing the rear jets will be doable.
Here are some more pics.
You can see just how tight it is with this new IC.

You can see were the fuel tube use to be in this pic. So the nitrous tube is now a methanol tube.
and yes that is stainless.

Trying to get a quick shot while blowing windex through the tube. Filled the tube and hit it with some air.

Trying to catch the shot again. We want the methanol not to be aim directly down the runner.

If anyone has a 112 or 122 kit they are thinking of selling please let me know.
I have a space 112 blower here for a back up.
Thanks
Rick

Damn! that spray bar is bad ***! wonder how big of a shot you could spray with it? Spraying thru the bars after the blower rotors like that has got to make the nitrous work more efficiently right? so two bars is no problem fuel/nitrous but three bars will not work correct? I would love to have this spray some nitrous this way once i get to that stage in my build.
