Make sure you use a decent quality hose, I'm using a air-compressor type hose and have never had issues ith it. A silicone hose would last longer and stay more flexable but its pricy. Just make sure you do not have any pinch points or kinks in the hose you do install, just tee off where your boost gauge gets its reading from, the intake manifold I hope.

I leaned up about .7 a point when I put on my i/c. If your boost ref point is from engine vacuum (intake), then your boost should basically auto compensate for the drop of going through the i/c. If you're off your compressor then you may need to crank up the boost to get back to where you were.

my ref right now is off the intake man. off the fpr vac hose. so u guys sayin i should t that off and run that a line back to my wastegate? i thought it went to the b/c? so wit a new good tune i should be set right?
