just got done wit sts install

How long did it take? Did you have to remove the fenderwell to get the piping placed right? Any tips or tricks? Did you weld it all in before final placement? Did you have access to a lift? How did you routethe vacuum lines for the wastegate, blowoff valve, and boost controller? I was thinking of T'ing everythign off the manifold if possible, but I also have a meth system and boost gauge that needs a source. I guess I could T the brake booster for the meth. Is it possible to run the boost controller, wastegate, and blowoff valve off the same reference source?

Make sure and check the plug gap. I know this is basic information but most are not what they say.
I re-gapped mine to both .030" and .035" during testing and noticed a little difference from a .039" gap. Beter response and WOT performance.
Just and FYI thing.
Oh ya, welcome to the turbo club and happy boosting!!

The white wire in my kit is the signal wire to the STS relay I believe. It connects to the grey fuel pump signal wire in the underhood fuse panel with a T-Tap connector. It activates the STS system when the fuel pump is active. You have to take the corner brace off on the driver's side of the engine compartment so that you can get the top off of the underhood fuse panel. The grey wire comes out from the side of the fuse panel and heads towards the engine. It was #44 in my instruction set and linked to picture #7. I am not sure if your instructions use the same numbering reference or pictures but I think that is the white wire you are referring to.
You should be fine with a dyno tune. I would install boost pressure and fuel pressure gauges just to be sure. If you don't have them then make sure that the dyno tuner measures them for you to make sure they are within expected values. A new fuel filter would be a good idea as well. Also make sure that your PCV bypass on the passenger side is working properly and that your return oil pump is switching to high speed when you are under boost. If your truck is an '03 or newer make sure you put a one-way valve in the PCV line on the driver's side or revert to the old style PCV valve with the check ball in it.
Now go have some fun.
