I bought the Intercooler off ebay XSPower , it was $299. I also had to get a few different elbows and connectors (Ebay as well) they ran about $60. The Pump was a Syclone replacement $125. And the heat exchanger was off of Ebay as well, a used Lightning heat exchanger $79.

Not sure if this is an option for you. I saw about a 30 deg drop with the IC install. The meth is what really drops it. I went from 130 deg to 95 deg full boost run on a 90 deg california day. This is with the meth and IC.

Scott Mills- Do you happen to have any before and after IAT readings? Just wondering how much the drop was? This may work for me as well, I will have to look at the truck closer and see if maybe relocating the battery and putting it where the battery was would work.

Well I don't have any direct comparisons, but earlier this year in Oct pre intercooler I was seeing temps as high as 167 degrees. Now in Dec the highest I have seen is 100 degrees. The ambient temp in Oct was much higher than in Dec so it is hard to tell what the change was.

I need to do some research to find out if the ICEVEX intercooler will work without cutting the supports.
