I am not really looking to push the boost sky high, I just want to make the most out of what I have. I want to get my IAT's fairly low, right now with the cold weather It is running GREAT. Meth works good but I dont want to have to worry about how much meth I have left and If I might run out.

I went with a Air to Water, it doesn't take up too much room in the engine compartment. The heat exchanger is off of a lightning. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.

ive not seen an intercooler like mine on a larger radiator. mine is tight right where it is. obviously i took the condensor out of there for the ac and had to move the radiator back 1.5 inches for it to fit in there. i know that the intercooler kits that are selling for 1200 bucks they mount lower between the framerails. but i definatly didnt want to do this because you must notch the frame and i didnt want to do that. F8L Z71 did it to his truck, and chris99gmc did as well. maybe they will chime in

Maybe they will, does the frame have to be cut to install it behind the lower valance? Not real keen on doing so, hmm.

Here's how I mounted mine, its the same as F8l's and Chris's. You do have to cut the frame rail, but all it does is hold the bumper up and its designed to be a crush area in a crash any way you can see the main frame support is behind where you cut.

That's an excellent picture that shows the piece that needs trimmed is not really the structural part of the frame, but a but a piece designed to hold the bumper cover on.

Here are the pictures of my intercooler. I tried to get the best views, but it is hard to see everything because of the engines cooling hoses.
