I installed a 2 bar map sensor and the fuel bypass is in the tank. With the dead head system, I constantly have 60lbs of fuel pressure even at idle. What fuel I don't need bypasses though the pump back into the tank. I was thinking of making a new fuel system for my truck, but after seeing what the price would be, I opted for a second in tank fuel pump. Besides, the POS PCM moniters fuel pressure and I'm sure if it see's a drop, it would put me in limp mode. I would hate to have spent the money on a fuel system the PCM wouldn't like.

I understand what you are saying but the PCM is seeing actual line pressure and your supercharged motor is seeing the amount of the actual fuel pressure less the amount of the boost pressure. You need rising fuel pressure rate indexed to boost some supercharger kits use a FMU to accomplish this while some use a boost referenced fuel regulator.I'm saying that a FMU or indexed fuel regulator would be better than adding extra injectors.

Gottcha there. Thanks. I'm thinking about going with just larger injectors if I can keep my map voltage in check at the lower rpms. I just had the extra injectors laying around so I thought I would give it a try.
