Ayy
i was wondering... do i need an intercooler. would that make the supercharger burn up or not last as long as well as heating up the intake air? or would it not do any damage? aslo just wondering couldnt i just hook up the cooling system from the engine to it?? Thanks for your time and suggestions
Non-Intercooled Radix supercharger (Silver stardust) with Supermaxx long tube headers

An IC will definatley help you, especially being a modified roots blower. As far as the hot air damaging the SC...don't sweat it. It will damage your engine first.
However, you shouldn't use engine coolant as a cooling media for an IC. A separate water system works best. In fact if your truck runs around 210*F then using engine coolant might make IAT's worse. I've never seen a non-IC Radix, but I would look into adding on the necessary components from an IC Radix and convert it.
I'm sure Brian will chime in here and tell you if it's possible.

i cant access that but its probably an adobe acrobat reader file (my computer locks up when it tries to read them) but im guessing its something proving me wrong and i stand corrected. i thought thats the way the terminology went until know.

There is a recently released non-intercooler version of the Radix. I would spend the money on the intercooled version and leave the stock exhaust manifolds on if headers would then exceed the budget.
