I seem to have to be adding coolant to the intercooler fill a little more often than I'd like to. I am wondering if there is a leak in the heat exchanger under the sc, in that there are NO external leaks.
anyone?
anyone?

How long has it been on the truck for? I would agree its just purging air. Keep adding fluid to it in the short term. This kit has the tank down low, right? Air bubbles may take a while to work themselves out.

How much have you added? When you pressure checked it, did it hold air? If it didnt hold air, be careful. It could leak into a cylinder and cause some major damage when you try and start it.

It held 15 psi for 10 minutes, so I am not worried anymore about internal leakage.
We've added small amounts for 5 or 6 days (maybe 1/2 or more of the small filler reservoir. I've gone thru this in the past with less than perfect IC/tanks setups, but I'll know for sure in a few days
