im not familiar w/those injectors, if they fit trucks then i dont see why not, most go w/42s+ around here.. I imagine that the only other thing you would need woud be a tune.

I am currently running 10 psi with an in-line fuel pump, 44# injectors, boost control, and meth injection. I also have a boost guage, fuel pressure guage and logging software. I do not recommend going over 6 psi without them. My tune seems to be fine but I told him I expected to see over the rated 5 psi when I ordered the tune. I also run the low boost setting on the street for most of the time. The IATs will start to climb quite quickly when you raise the boost so keep an eye on them and your a/f ratio. You should monitor KR as well.
Have fun.
O ya and NGK TR6 plugs gapped at 0.035 if you do not already have them.

Like Mort said,
Your problem wont be so much fuel delivery it will be moderating yoru IATs. After 5psi things get hot very quickly and the HP return/per lb of boost will degrade.
Look into an intercooler for best results then turn up the boost. Or go methanol injection. The Intercooler is my choice though.
