If this is such a problem,sell the kit. I personally made the kit for Matt,personally took it off and made sure 100% of the parts are there. From the looks of it the 2 trucks are exactly the same.I could put that kit on in under 2 hours.As Matt said he was not running AC which put's the intercooler back in front of the radiator.The hood latch setup was cut and the intercooler was the support for the latch.If you sent me an email I would send all the pics of the setup.
For the spare tire I would have no idea since we never had one on the truck.The exhaust is just straight for less backpressure.I'm sure the stock exhaust could easilly be made to fit.
Believe me,this is a very easy setup to put on.
