The pipe that comes up on the pass side along the exhaust is about 8 inches shy of the intercooler pipe. The driver side pipe that the blow off is mounted to has an extreme bend in it that once I put into place the pipe isnt even close to the intercooler. Yes I am frustrated, but Im over it now cause I am not using the intercooler. I have most of the plumbing done. Adam, you have to understand that maybe matts definition of little bit of fab isnt the same as my definition of fab. I will just keep my .02 to myself. I didnt mean to offend you matt.

Did you try pre-assembling everything off the truck so you could visualize what pipes need to go where. I know with the STS kit there's a lot of intake tubing and some of the tubes might need to be rotated so they all line up down the road.

I would take the time and put the IC on now, since your truck is down anyway.

Also, you have to use the tailpipe setup he included. You can run without a muffler at all if you want, and just run the tailpipe in the stock location, straight out the back or whatever.

I'm sure you could PM Slowhawk and he could shed some light on the issues you may be having since he put the kit together. He's a good guy, i'm sure he'd take a few min to help you out.
