I peak @ about 7.5 psi . My tune is on the safe side and that happens to be where the 5.5psi spring landed me . I added a 3" straight thu muffler and lost .5 psi. I would not go over 10 without some injection system. Thats just my opinion cause My truck is my daily driver. Keep us informed. I would like to know what your tune ends up at on timing. I think I am way conservative in that area.

Are you still runnin LT's?

on stock injectors, at less than 8#'s, I was at 100 % DC @ about 4400-4800 rpm...

Oh $hit, I just assumed you had upgraded injectors . Be careful , I think you'll be maxing out the stockers with what your running. Get a wideband and a boost gauge.

I still have long tubes, I wrapped the ypipe and the turbo pipe. I think this waste gate has a 7 psi spring so we will see what we can get out of it, safely of course. What kind of vacuum is ok at idle. I think I have like 10 psi. Then when I rev it it goes to 22 or so.

I don't think you should go over 5-6 psi boost on the stock injectors. Do you have a boost gauge?
Also I am not sure about your vacuum reference. 9-10 psi of vacuum (ie -9 to -10 psi) is normal at idle. When you accelerate your vacuum should go to zero and then into boost. You say it goes to 22 when you rev? Is that measure in psi or inches of mercury and is it vacuum or boost that it refers to?

WOW, I WOULD NOT let that thing build over 6 psi, and no more than 12psi with big injectors IMO.... Get some bigger injectors, FAST!

Get AT LEAST 42lb injectors man... You're really risking it with the stockers in there. 42lb injectors on mine at 8psi was even kind of sketchy as far as duty cycle!

Yeah, I am going to local shop tomorrow to get some 42 or 60s, not sure yet. He has the injector adapters in stock and is a friend so I should get something somewhat cheap. I have not put my foot in it yet, but Im itching really bad. Like giving a fat kid a piece of cake and telling him he cant eat it.
