mods below, when i order my blower i want to get an additional pulley..it will be tuned after so im not worried about that, jsut want to know how small of a pulley/psi i cna run on stock internals

because pulleys are like rear ends they are ratios. the ASP pulley is bigger than stock thus spinning slower and "underdriving" your pulleys. thats why lightning guys use smaller than stock balancers to "overdrive" there stuff

I don't know what the diameters are of the two pulleys, but let's say for the sake of this example that the stock balancer is 13" and the ASP is 11". For every revolution of the engine with the stock pulley, you move the belt 1 circumference, or about 40.8 inches. Now you swap that over to the ASP pulley, and the belt moves about 34.6 inches for each revolution of the engine. Since it's moving less distance in the same amount of time, it has to be moving slower, "underdriving" your other pulleys and making them all run slower. When you underdrive a supercharger pulley, you spin the compressor slower, making less boost.
Anyway, back to your original question. With a stock crank pulley, you will make about 5-6 psi with the standard 3.4" Radix pulley. If you drop that to a 3.0" you will make about 9-10 psi. If you went as low as a 2.8" pulley, you might see 12-13 psi but you will have problems with belt slippage. Most guys on a 5.3 will run either a 3.2 or 3.0".
