My numbers are WHEEL HP!

I am assuming 30% more fuel for same power on e85, I figured that would get it close. I think you should get it on the dyno before you start buying more parts....if you could somehow log pressure before your filter that might be interesting...what size wiring did you use for the pumps?

My regulator is prior to the fuel rail, then 1 foot of 8an to ls1 rail, then 6an loops over to other rail. Possible issue right there?

One thing you could check real quick is to take the filters out of your fuel filter and see if that is the restriction.

Ah! Put the regulator after the rail! How you have it now, all the fuel has to go through the regulator. With it after the rail, only the unused excess goes through the regulator.

From Aeromotive..

"I’m trying to plumb my stand-alone EFI regulator properly, where do I put the regulator, before or after the fuel rail(s), and what ports do I use?

The correct EFI regulator location is after the fuel rail(s) whenever possible, promoting the required fuel pressure, flow volume and velocity through the fuel rail and to the injector inlet, at all times."

I got work to do and not much time to get her done in...I don't if I can get part this late, have to make some calls to so connections,

Well Snap, still going to have a beer.

I enter the back of my rails, out the front and to the regulator. I have always thought of the old law that as speed increases, pressure decreases. If you enter one rail loop around and out the other rail, there is 8 times the fuel passing the first injector than there is passing the last injector. Maybe I'm wrong, but that is the way I wanted my fuel system to supply fuel.
