Yeah 450's, straight e85

Using a 127lb/hr (assuming this is the 4bar rating) injector and dual 450 pumps, the volume numbers cross ~72psi fuel pressure. So simply stated, your twin pumps can't provide the volume your injectors are capable of flowing at your current elevated fuel pressure. Your options are to dial your base pressure down to ~50psi so that the pressure is ~70psi at full boost or reinstall the BAP to spin the pumps a little faster so they can keep up with the injectors at 78psi.
Yeah it looks to cross more around 75 but my logs showed fuel pressure at 76-77 most the time with a spot of 78 at 7k. I was making more power at 6.5k anyways so that explains 1-2psi lower FP there.

Well I can't believe I'm at this road again. Ill likely dyno it and run this weekend, the FIC will be getting a call to maybe return these and go bigger. I need to be able run a 43psi base injector to get my flow back up.

Its not injectors man...going to 160s@4bar will only get you another ~150hp worth of fuel (at a 50psi base). You need more pump and injectors! The 127s are actually very well matched to what you have. Your problem is you are just making too much power!
Assuming 25psi of boost...

127s@60psi will get you about 1000hp
160s@50psi will get you about 1150hp
Both of these are maxing out dual 450s

With triple 450s you would have...
127s@70psi will get you about 1050hp
160s@60psi will get you about 1300hp

You need a lot of fuel system to make big power on e85 with lots of boost!

Is that wheel or crank HP? The fuel you need for e85 is just silly.

Well I like the way the truck leaves and 60s on a small shot, so should I leave base alone at 58 and turn boost down a hair to let me shot a 35 wet on it? Will my pumps cover that lol?

This is going to be a scary/interesting weekend.

One reason I took the boost a pump off is I'm not sure it's rated for big duals. The fuse that came with the dual boost a pump was 30, I was to the point it would pop a 40am fuse so I had to do a 50 amp fuse.

Damn, that's crazy. I ran my truck on 14psi the other day and it would still hold 10.8 AFR ( I had it set a little rich there since im not hitting that boost on a regular basis). I have dual Walbro 255's in line gravity fed from a cell in the bed, Y'd into a single -6 an line into the stock rails with stock FPR non boost referenced, Bosch 1000cc injectors on E85... Cammed LQ4 with a 76/77 turbo.

I know at these kind of power levels in my experience fuel rails and line size start to make a huge impact on idc. I am sure I missed it, but how big is your fuel line and what rails are you running?

I still think its something in your fuel system holding your pumps backs, if it reduces down to far somewere or gos throw regulater before the rails will kill fuel flow, and iv seen/heard of a number of people hit 800rwhp with 80lb injectors, red dragons truck went 134 mph when it dynod 800, so u might be making more power then you think you are.
