Front mount guys, I need info

I would say relatively, any big t-4 like the 88mm, and all the t-6 would probably need 4 inch or bigger.
I would think 76 and down would be fine with a 3, or even 3.5.
If you buy it from kyle or trick it should be appropriately sized

IMO, I'd start looking at a bigger down pipe after a T76. With a T76 you can go with an F1 wheel (S Trim? from Turbonetics) same as me and play with your exhaust housing A/R to get it to hit where you want depending on your CI. I am running a T66 with a large F1 wheel in an .81 housing with a stock 5.3L. With a 3200 stall and a home built 4L80E I am happy. Big question is matching cubic inches with the turbo, your driving habits, your anticpated operating range, and the assumption it will be street driven... perhaps daily driver(?). IMO, bigger down pipe wouldn't even begin to come into the picture until you plan on a 10 second truck... (emphasis) and not until then. A repeating factor, again, is drivability.. and how it sounds inside the cab. Some systems are extremely annoying... others can be too quiet. There are so many factors...
