Is that just the vent to the catchcan outta the oil fill cap?

Yep, no PCV... and (re)tuned that way. I tried keeping PCV using a catch can in series. In the end I ditched it and got back to KISS. I have been running my setup for a quite a awhile now and love it. I address minor issues as they arise always looking for a better solution than what I had previously thought was best...

Yeah my new set up is completely different than the old. Needs a catch can bad, motor is quite loose, Probably try to grab some vacuum preturbo as well, which Id like to avoid

...just keep the oil out of the intake. Really, that is the goal, isn't it? Key here is that when/IF you change crank case scavaging you should check your tune Things can change

yup I self tune. Its in full breathers, SD mode, as well as its on a junk start up tune rightnow anyhow. probably end up with a variation of MightMouse's set up.
