Well, after chasing an oil burning problem ever since I first installed the turbo kit on my truck, I think it's finally shown itself.
Looks to me like when I lost #7 on the last motor it threw some crap through the turbine wheel on the turbo. The edges are pretty chewed up. I'm also thinking that when that happened, it threw the wheel enough out of balance to slowly wear on the oil seal until it started smoking all the time.
I'm gonna take this down to the local turbo expert tomorrow and see if he can rebuild it for me.

I doubt that is from debris.

Check your housing too. The turbine may have contacted it while it was out of balance. I had turbo do that, and it chewed up the housing. It's cheaper and easier to get a new turbo sometimes.
I still haven't found out why mine did that either. I doubt it's from your #7 though since you had oil burning issues when the engine was healthy. I just think precision turbos has shitty quality control and this is the result. It got out of balance and started contacting the housing. That ore it got too hot, and then started into the housing.
