I think id want a 5.3 at the vary least if you plan on pulling your boat quite a bit, 5.3 will pull way better then a 4.8 in od.

 

90% IDC on high boost is asking for problems

 

at least the turbo looked good, its worth a lot more than that motor. turbo oil feed is post filter if you didn't already get the answer. hope you enjoy your trip to OH. hopefully your next trip up here your have old red w/ you.

Dam it boy. U sure did get out a hell from that lil engine....its good nothing bad happened when it blew and ur ok. Good luck on it whatever u decide to do. But we all sure will remember the lil 4.8 that could.
