I've done alot of researching and still have not found the answers to these questions.

1.what size exhaust should I use for my 5.3 front mount set up with 10-20lbs and some meth. Will a cutout help for a turbo
2.which z06 cam would be best to use for the most power
3.which intercooler would make the best power out of AtoA AtoW?
4.lastly, how much boost can you run without having to adjust stock afr?

 

If you run any boost you will have to adjust the a/f ratio.

also the ligenfelter (sp) cams do pretty good for boost!

You may have been searching too specific. Exhaust on a turbo is usually about 4".
I don't know what specific years but 01-03 z06 i know is what most use.
