A local shop (ADM) is having some made for the ctsvs. He is also gonna get some made doe the tvs since he is a maggie wholesaler. Supposedly you will see a 1psi increase with no additional belt wear.

Assuming you have belt slip. Doubt you are with a 3.0

I am considering making my own with a spare pulley for testing purposes.

I dunno either way i have no skin in the game on those pulleys just saying what i heard.

But

A small 2.5-3.0 pulley turning 18k, i bet it is slipping to some degree on every setup. Just my opinion. I dunno if pulleys like that sre the fix but i bet every setup slips.

Funny you guys are talking about pulley technology.

I've still got my 3.55" Reichard Racing pulley sitting on the desk as a paper weight. That dude is long gone and you hardly ever see anything come up for sale used.

Then we had the guy on ebay doing a straight down vertical cut (trying to copy RR), but that never really did any good.

Some have tried bead blasting and even sand blasting. While those have shown promise, after a few runs once it slips the belt, it's done. Pain in ***.

Then you've got the guys who do the carbonite surface treatment. Never tried it myself, but looks like it would work pretty good.

...and now the pulleys posted above. I don't know anything about those. Some testing would be nice to see.

I found a company that is local to me that can copy the RR pulley (including the angle of the cross cut). I had thought about buying some procharger pulleys, having them cut and then carbonite coated. Just never got round to it.
