Default engine question

I am starting to gather parts to swap a whipple charger that i got for cheap onto my truck. I am planning on swapping the cam when i do the blower, i have one of thunder racing blower cams. that has the specs 214/230 .601/.579 117LSA. I am planning on also upgrading the springs and pushrods any ideas? Any thing you think that i am missing that is critical?

You can put a fuel pressure guage on it to be sure but I thought the TPI cars ran about 38 PSI. You will probably need to move up to one of the Walbro 255lph pump's to get the pressure up.

The pump puts out more than that they just regulated it. I have a vette filter so i run at a constant 58 PSI. Is that going to be ok being that the filter will not raise pressure with boost?

Yes, you just have to run a sloped IFR table like the f-bodys and Vettes do and tune for boost accordingly
