That whipple message makes no sense, its like they are talking about something different.I would suggest showing up at your tuners with a 3.75 or 3.65 because I dont know what the 3.5 will do (guessing on mine 9.0).Based on my combo 6.2 Lts catback and 3.75 pulley the most boost I have seen was at 1300ft (lowest elevation i've been)at 7.2 LBS. The S.O.B runs fantastic and I have been running it hard for 50k miles,my tuner has it dialed and trans awesome and good mileage.I guess if you tried the 3.5 it would be up to your tuner if its to much for you application.Keep us posted

2 year update:
I went with the 15664 Edelbrock supercharger, and a 91 tune. Installed at ~5k miles, and currently at 36k. This has been a great setup! The supercharger is quiet below 2/3 throttle, easy to drive, and averages ~18mpg (I have a lot of highway miles at 75mph, quite a bit of idle and short drive time, and tow a ~8000# wake board boat). Dealer replaced a fuel pump, and throttle body at my last service, and currently I am waiting to hear from Edelbrock tech support regarding a P0121 (throttle/pedal poaition sensor/switch A range/Performance) code. If I get in touch with Tony the customer service is good, but voicemail and email response has been disappointing.
The truck pulls hard! It is not the fastest thing on the road, but makes me smile every time my pedal is more than half way to the floor. With the terrible factory tires and T/C off, it would spin both rears at a 40mph rolling start! With good tires, it is closer to 30mph straight line.
