Ill go ahead and say it is very doubtful....the limit of the system is with the intercooler, not the heatexchangers.

Most people report quicker recovery times rather than actual drops in IAT rates. Just as Atomic said, the system is really limited more so by the internal inter-cooler than the heat-exchanger. That being said, even just having quicker recovery times is not a bad thing; it’s just probably not what you wanted to hear. A larger reservoir may be a good investment as well if you do decide to add an additional heat exchanger.

I have the larger reservoir. I think I could make more power on less boost. The IAT's go through the roof the more boost I try to run. Im running 14-15psi and seeing 160's and sometimes more. 11psi seemed to have reasonable IAT's.

Tried that and currently running E85. Running about the same temps as with meth.

Any track times or dyno graphs with different boost levels?

Since you were thinking of lower boost may make more power,

Im wandering why the meth isnt working??

I'd think meth and e85 would help.

No runs or dyno. Just from driving it.
