not saying i could, but should we trust a state that cant keep its budget together with the task of emissions testing. Afterall we can see its such a success....except for the fact that it allows for you to have a vehicle where its more of a polluter legal and less of a polluter when illegal(such as the case was with my jeep)


As for doing it already, wait until my engine blows. As much as i want a V8 colorado, i'd also like to see what i can make this 5cyl do, and apparently i'm gonna be forced to go with a nitrous setup on the truck.

Hell register it in one of the counties here that don't require a smog.
I am deffinatley not a pro and I have got some pretty radicals cars to pass.One of them didn't even have cats (91 z28 350 t.p.I btw).
Are there any of those counties left?? Plus they are slowly drying up. My folks moved to vacaville because it was originally a smog free area...then some retard came along and gave us more strict emissions testing then ******* SF
