In-line twins setup is used on I6 imports twin turbos. Not sure if anyone tried it on V8's.

A sequential twin set-up is for 30psi+ boost levels. Your best bet would be to run a single and do your best to keep the heat in the pipe before the turbo. Thick wall tubing, coated, wrapped ect.

If the smaller turbo spooled up first then i would think the pressure would go out the larger one backwards cause it isn't moving fast enough to hold it in yet
